It is common to get lost in the supermarket, but this is where the true fuel for healing comes in. Developing healthy shopping habits not only saves money but gives you the tools for success.
Freshness makes all the difference in what you taste on your fork. Stick to real foods such and living produce. Vegetables and fruits are much cheaper and go farther than boxed foods or previously prepared dishes. Try sweet potatoes and kale if you have to pick two main staples that fit a budget. You can roast them, steam them or eat them raw with dressing. If you must save money, choose those foods with the most nutrients, such as green leafy vegetables, organic seasonal fruits, and rotate to give your body the most nutrient options.
